Our Firm
Oswin Griffiths - DFK Limited was established in 1970 and between the current directors have combined chartered accountancy and business consultancy experience in New Zealand of over 80 years. Oswin Griffiths DFK Limited is also a New Zealand member of DFK International, a major international association of independent accounting firms and business advisors with 300 offices across the world.
Oswin Griffiths - DFK Ltd has a strong management team, which consists of five directors, and two managers. The practice has a diversity of skills that include commercial property management, marketing, systems and process management and all aspects of accountancy and financial management. The company has a total team of approximately 30 which covers many areas of business management.

Partners and Senior Managers

DAVID GRIFFITHS became a partner in 1977 and specialises in business services
including business and personal financial advisory, taxation, management accounting
and share valuations. David has clients across a wide range of industries and is
also a director of a number of small to medium sized companies. |

NAVIN PATEL has been a partner since 1988 and specialises in assurance services,
business development consultancy, business planning, succession planning and property
development. Navin is a trustee and director for a number of trusts and companies. |

MUKESH PARSHOTTAM became a partner in 2002 after extensive corporate experience
at a senior level in New Zealand. Mukesh specialises in corporate accounting, taxation
and business advisory services and has a diverse client base. |

SHANE BROWNING became a partner in October 2006. He has extensive experience
and expertise in audit, forensic accounting, business valuations, due diligence
for acquisition of businesses, and other assurance services. Shane has a wide and
diverse client base. |

SANJAY KUMAR is the newest member of our executive team. He became a partner
early in 2008 and has extensive experience and expertise in business services including
advisory, taxation and management accounting. During his time at Oswin Griffiths
– DFK Ltd Sanjay has been involved with a wide range of clients and business structures
concentrating on small to medium sized enterprises. |

MIKE MCNAB is a senior manager and has extensive experience in business services
including advisory, taxation and management accounting. Mike has been involved with
a wide range of clients and business structures concentrating on small to medium
sized enterprises. Mike’s areas of interest are Property, Health, Retail and Franchising. |

PAUL DONNELL has been a senior manager with the firm for a number of years.
He has extensive experience with a wide range of small to medium sized companies
specializing in business services including advisory, taxation and management accounting. |
